- NANNING - Liuzhou city, a major automobile production base in South China, will build 2,000 charging points for new energy vehicles.
- The Huanjiang Maonan Fenlong Festival will be held together with the second World Natural Cultural Tourism Festival, in Huanjiang Maonan autonomous county, Hechi, Guangxi, from June 18 to 26.
- NANNING - Two people were confirmed killed when the wreckage of a helicopter that went missing on Tuesday morning was found 24 hours later in Guilin, south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
- The Debao pony from South China was "newly found" in 1981, according to a 2004 research paper from the Institute of Animal Sciences of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
- The Baweng Tunnel of Hechi-Baise Highway started construction since March. Constructed by Guangxi Road and Bridge Engineering Group, Baweng Tunnel is a disconnect-type super-long tunnel with a total length of 3.14 kilometers, the longest of the Hechi-Baise Highway.

- The Jinchengjiang Railway Station in Hechi will add two extra passenger trains to Liuzhou from April 1 to 12 to cope with the peak passenger numbers expected during the coming festivals of Tomb-Sweeping Day and Shangsi Festival (Double Third Day).
