Your guides were fantastic, each and every one was very well informed on their subject and very pleasant company too.

We enjoyed or day with Phoebe very much. She was friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything. Also, the driver was doing a good job, always in time and a safe and relaxed driving. Everything was well organized, both the river cruise and the Helicopter flight were really exciting! Even the wether was good. We had a wonderful time.

Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am Wenchao Jia and am from New York University of America. During November 25-29, I went to Guilin for 5 days vacation. I would like to express my appreciation for the tour guide Yang Li and the bus driver. They provided the wonderful services, especially Yang Li who cared so much for us and the bus driver always came on time to pick us up. Because of the great experiences I had had with Yang Li and the impressive Guilin landscape ，I would like to come back to Guilin next year.

Thank you Yang Li for bringing us all together. It would be amazing if I could see you again.

The tour is fine and we really enjoy.

The Bama Phoenix Hotel should have wifi in the room as wifi is so important and have to come down to lobby to do my work.

Hotels in China should ban smoking as it is very irritating to non-smokers and some could not take the smell of the cigarettes.

Public toilets should be upgraded especially in the countryside and those in the petrol stations.

Other than that, everything is fine.

We went to China in June and it was indeed a fantastic tour. I can say we have found China beyond our expectations. Guilin is a paradise and no tour will be complete without a visit to this friendly and beautiful city, a mixture of tradition and modern times. I took many beautiful photos and they will be my forever memory in Guilin.

The highlight of this part of the trip was the Li River cruise. The sights were amazing despite the little bit of rain we encountered. Our tour guide was the best- Ben. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and didn't make us feel rushed for anything. He made sure I took a lot of memorable pictures. He gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant on west street.

Access China Travel, Professional Travel Assistance! Guilin is a charming small city. We did a cycling across Yangshuo countryside. It was interesting.

Your arrangement of our trip to Guilin and Yangshuo was really perfect. We enjoyed each day.

The Dragon River Retreat were very good and we liked the atmosphere and the kindness of all the people there. Also all the meals were delicious. The Guilin Bravo Hotel was really o.k. but not out favorit hotel (too impersonal and too many people).

Mike was an excellent leader. He was very friendly and courteous. He knew a lot about all the places we visited and also taught us interesting things about the chinese way of life. It was a pleasure to be accompanied by him. We can't imagine a better leader and we can recommend him to all other tourists. Mr. Yang was a very good driver. He also was very friendly and a save driver. Please tell them, how much we liked the time with them.

We were very pleased to meet you at Gulin and thank you very much for changing our rooms. To have two beds was better for us.

If we will come back to China (or if some friends will go there) we like to contact you again.
