Environmental inspection shows progress in Hechi Guangxi

An inspection team from the Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region recently carried out an environment check in Hechi.

The check showed that Hechi has made progresses in reducing pollution. As of Nov 5, there were 258 days with acceptable air quality, out of a total of 309 days. The amount of PM10 pollution has decreased gradually, and the city has constructed 135.64 kilometers of sewage pipes, 100.76 percent of the annual target.

In the inspection, 28 illegal projects were found, 88 enterprises were given deadlines to rectify and another 12 stopped production to renovate.

Moreover, 14 gas stations, 10 quarries, three concrete plants and 12 construction sites received different levels of disposal.
