Guangxi agricultural trade fair held in Guilin

When the 7th Guangxi Famous Agricultural Products Trade Fair opened, at the Guilin International Convention Center, in Guilin, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, on Dec 9, it had attracted around 1,000 Guanxi enterprises with 2000 of green, organic, pollution-free agricultural products. A total of 135 products from 27 enterprises and one farmer professional cooperative of Hechi were exhibited at the 32 booths in the Trade Fair.

Guangxi has held six agricultural fairs, since 2011, and plans to stage it permanently in Guilin, since this year’s gathering, which ran Dec 9 - 13, and highlighted several areas that characterize Guangxi agriculture – the ecology, rural tourism, smart approaches and industrialization. This year’s fair was also larger than in the past, in scale, promotion methods, informatization, and purchasing agents involved.
